What We Will Do Together
Step 1:
If you’ve received the wrong, expired, or damaged product(s), please raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Submit your request with your order and contact details. You can also raise a request using the Chat option.
Step 2:
Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.
Step 3:
We will arrange a pickup using our courier partner.
Step 4:
Once we receive your products, we will verify them and initiate a refund or replacement.
Conditions for Return or Replacement
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered (physical damage, tampered packaging)
- Missing items from the order
Conditions Where Returns/Replacements Won’t Be Accepted
- Opened or used products
- Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
- Request raised after 7 days of delivery
- Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days
How Are Returns Processed?
- Pickup arranged within 5–7 business days
- Item sent for quality check
- Refund or replacement processed after QC
- Replacement delivered within 7–8 business days
